LEE COLE - OWNER and FOUNDER

Lee has been in the Multi-Family Rehab and Renovation business for 3 years but has been doing industrial and commercial construction for over 30 years. He has supervised jobs for The Department of Defense, The Department of Energy, and the United States Air Force. His expertise includes: heavy construction grading and clearing, manufacture of government sanctioned waste water treatment plants, installation of UV oxidation systems, and he has built, rehabilitated and remodeled many multi-family dwellings. Lee is committed to building a sound professional company that focuses on a quality product at a low price.

DOUG MILLER - BOOKKEEPER

Doug handles the day to day responsibility for the office functions of MAC Construction that keep everything running in the field. Doug has been with MAC since December of 2007 after several years in the customer service field. His responsibilities include all bookkeeping and payroll, as well as accounts receivable and payable. Doug is a graduate of West Central Technical College’s Business Administration program with adjoining certificates in Computer Applications, Microsoft Office Applications, and Office Management.

DEL SMITH - PROJECT MANAGER

Del been working in construction and remodeling of both commercial and residential properties for over 13 years. His vast experience includes framing, sheetrock hanging and finishing, and custom trim work. He also has extensive knowledge regarding concrete and foundation work, as well as installing and maintaining electrical and plumbing systems to code. Del is well versed in flooring installation including both tile and stone. He has also worked for 3 years in a cabinet shop building custom cabinets and bars along with their general assembly and installation. Del is an active member of the United States Army Reserves.
